Absolutely terrible service and completely unacceptable handling of customer and patient needsOver the course of two months I struggled to maintain contact with ANYONE at the office or receive any notice that more medical documentation was required, as a type diabetic my record is extensive and for a simple renewal I was treated as nothing more than a dollar sign
Callbacks were rare and the phone lines are always busy, refund policy was vague and the Drreally just made me feel undervalued as a patient and human beingUNITED MMC IN PHOENIX IS BEAUTIFUL With a wonderful and attentive staffI have been in customer service my whole life and have never before experienced such callous disrespect and disregard for patient health, time, and safety
I would recommend you go to literally ANY other MMJ Clinic in Tucson or make the trip to Phoenix office to see the wonderful DrJones at that localPlease avoid the Tucson office at all costs, you will regret trusting them with your time, and your healthUnacceptable patient care, and unacceptable communicationI would rate the Tucson office lower than one star if it was an option
AFTER TWO MONTHS OF BACK AND FORTH I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET A FULL REFUND AFTER WAITING IN THE LOBBY FOR MINUTES FOR THE RECEPTIONIST ONLY TO TELL ME IT WAS PROCESSED PRIOR EVEN THE REFUND WAS HANDLED WITH COMPLETE DISRESPECT

This place is a joke. The first time I went it was a pretty good experience, but when I went in to renew my card, it was a different doctor and a different front desk lady. The doctor wasnt that bad, though she messed up my application. Im 100% disabled veteran with more the one qualifier and she failed to annotate such. The girl that ran the front desk is rude and a liar. It took her a week to submit my paperwork and yet she claims that they send it to someone else to submit it. Then when I call her about it she tries to come up with some BS story. When I was sitting in the waiting area there was another gentleman who made the same comment. "What happened to the old receptionist because this girl is rude as heck!" She was very short with her responses and made everyone she talked to feel like an it for asking questions so they wouldnt jack up the application..dont worry about jacking it up, they will jack it up for you. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE (the Phoenix location)

On 1/25/2016 I went on their website and booked an appointment for the next day (1/26/2016) to see the doctor for my medical card renewal. I've been a patient of United MMC for over 3 years. I received an email message stating my appointment was confirmed. I contacted my employer to arrange to take time off from work so I could go to my appt. The next day three hours before my scheduled appointment I received a call stating my appt had been confirmed in error. The doctor wasnt going to be available at my scheduled time. I wasn't very happy since I had already taken time off work (without pay). I was assured the error was not typical and encouraged to rebook another appt in the future. I said I'd think about it. On 2/23/2016 I returned to their website and scheduled another appt for the following day 2/24/2016 at 4:00pm. Again I received an email message stating my appt was confirmed so I again arranged for time off work. The morning of 2/24/2016 I received a call from their office stating my appt had been confirmed in error (again) and if I wanted to see the doctor I'd have to come in at 12 noon,(which was in two hours), which was not an option,

Very unprofessional ! I've taken off work twice for appointments I was told were confirmed only to have them call me at the last minute to cancel !! When I take time off from work I dont get paid ! This doesn't seem to be of any concern to United MMC. .
