Ordered a sweatshirt on 11-21-22 for a Christmas gift, still have not received the sweatshirt! Requesting a refund, no response as of this review.

On February 26th I ordered clothing from United Monogram, Paid the amount on my Visa Debit CardI received a Message via Facebook Messenger with a order # of XXXXXIt said the typical processing time was 5-daysI waited and waited to receive a tracking numberNever cameI message them again on March 7th to which they replied and said due to popular demand orders placed on Feb 26th will Ship between March 17th and 21stAlso they would include free stickers due to the delayI messages the company on March 21st and told them I never received a shipping confirmationTo which I got no replyI then again message them on the 22nd of March and asked them a second time has my order shippedYet still no replyI have tried calling the number listed on the website and it will not go throughI ordered this particular shirt for a gift for my sister, who hap
