The following is a sequence of events recorded on this complaint:
The unit was ordered from Truck Gear, TAG Retailer
Product, sn# XXXXXXX was shipped to the Retailer for installation and Customer briefing
Aaron communicated an issue with the window telephonicallyHe was referred her to local TAG Retailer, in order to assess the issue and ensure corrective action
Mr*** called me again asking for further assistance
TAG MW obtained the "verbally described" component and mailed to his wife
There was no further direct communication with *** and the claim was considered concluded
On 1/15/TAG received communication form Revdex.com regarding a complaint from Mrs***This claim stated that this issue, recorded in Sept 2015, was not managed satisfactorily
The Retailer will also offer a $gift card for inconvenience experienced by the Customer
Aaron *** has an appointment with Truck gear on 1/18/Talk with Mr *** and things was completed and was happy with windowI told him if he needed anything please contact me

There was two communications sent via email to MrHopkins on the warranty request form on their website, one on 16Nov& another on Dec2015, no reply was receivedEmails where sent because both clips he provided where incorrect, the claim was not concluded at that timeOn 19JANa repair was attempted by the dealer and more parts where damaged in the process, this resulted in having to replace the window completely with a new one and now the issue is finally solved

TAG investigated the case and found the following:
Mr*** ordered a CENTURY truck cap customized to his specification from an independent Dealer in TexasThe unit was produced to requirements and installed to
his satisfaction
Several days later he accessed the CENTURY website, possibly to investigate additional features, and found a coupon offering various special offersSee attached documentThe coupon clearly states a requirement to be presented at time of placing the order, similar to multiple similar "every day" retail practicesUnfortunately Mr*** did not comply with this requirement
Action:
Even though Mr*** did not follow the process TAG will honor the coupon conditions in goodwillSee attached record of *** rebate to the Dealer for processing of this claim from Mr***
