a co-worker of mine recommended this firm for my new home purchase I was pleased with the speed at which they locked my rate and started the loan process it all happened with about an hour My wife and I shopped for two months for our new home loan with other lenders and they beat the rates of other lenders by .25% to .375% of a point which is a big deal on a 417K loan My loan officer said we would meet my closing date which was only weeks away at that point and they had my closing documents at the title company days before closing I'm not sure exactly what direct lender means but it seems they have more control over the money and the process We are all moved in and I am certainly satisfied with my decision to use them Thank you guys
In response to the complaint made by [redacted] He asked for a Lien of Waver form to be sent to him once the job was completedThe customer even brought in a black form for me to feel outI didn't get it filled out and sent back to the Customer in a timely mannerIm new in the office here but that is no excuseThis morning I filled out the form and had it signed by a notary and emailed to Mr [redacted] I called the customer and apologized to him this morning and he seemed to be grateful for that If there is anything else you need from me please let me know PS, After speaking with our Project Manager who has plus yrs of experience he has never been asked for this form on the Residential side Thanks, [redacted]
