United Nails is taking the situation very seriously Our goal is to give excellent, and quality services to very clients, so they can be happy and come back As I investigate the complaint, the client paid $because she had stilettor full set (pointer long shape) On the day, the client got her nails done She was so happy with the outcome of her stilettor nails She said, she liked it so much and will come back, and get her nails done again Some days later she broke two of her nailsShe didn't had any complainted about her full set quality or poor job on her nails She just want her money back because two of her nails broke We addressed the situation and try to explaint it to her We're willing to fix the nails with no additional charge, until she satisfy with her nails We don't give money back because she broke her two nails She didn't taked the situation professionally talked so loud and cursing She even slapped the fan felt of the table She broke fan and run off.###-###-####Timmy H***Management Nails Salon
