My issue has to do with an order I placed for 24 cases of Lakewood lemon and lime juice; 12 cases of each. The order arrived a day late and 8 cases short. I called UNFI and they authorized a credit to our account for the cost of the 8 cases they failed to deliver. The issue stems from us still needing these 8 cases of lemon juice, but in order to have them delivered we have to meet their minimum order requirements again which is about 200$ more than our credit; This basically means that in order to receive what we ordered and they failed to deliver, I am required to order even more from them. Items I don't potentially need or want.

As you can see below, the customer is set to receive the rest of his products on July 27. Our customer service team is contacting *** today to inform him of the delivery. Please update your records; we received a letter that the complaint is closed as an unsatisfactory response, but that may have been done prior to my contacting you last week. I plan on contacting *** after the 27th to ensure he has received his delivery and confirm if he needs anything more from us.
