authorized by the customer to charge was for $199.99 and NOT $299.99. The customer was very well educated about the refund /charge back policy by the technician. if customer wanted any refund she should have contacted our billing team rather that disputing with the bank immediately after signing the service contract. customer knew that she signed the document already which stated that she was happy with the services and could not request for any refund. customer also explained that she filed the complaint as she didn't find us in Revdex.com list.
