I purchased a vehicle there 2015 versa note hatchback I was told that I would have low interest rates and that the vehicle would only cost me $17.000 thousand plus interest. Nissan financial department do not explain that I'll be almost double time-and-a-half for that car in interest. Also when I had problems with the hatchback lock they failed to fix it and now the warranty is gone and it's broken. the financial department took advantage me because of my age and also never explain how much I be paying for a car by the time I'm done I paid over $35,000 for this vehicle. They use false practices and gave me false practices and information on the case at loan.it also should be noted that you're trying to sell me a car that had a hundred thousand miles on it a ported it to you and you took care of that for me.

We run a Carfax report on every used vehicle that we sell here and provide a copy of the report to the purchasing customer. The Carfax report on the vehicle in question shows two separate damage reports; one in 2016 and one in 2017. We went over this with the customer, provided them with a copy of the report and had them sign the copy of the report that we retain for our records.

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is still unresolved. However understanding that businesses have the option of not responding because they do not want a bad review for their business. I guess the only thing I can do at this time is to accept the concept of the letter that was given to me.

Sincerely

My mother walked into Nissan of Reno to see some vehicles one of the representatives came up to her to help her out he took her to see used cars my mother asked if she can take a look at a new cars. The sales man told her that if she were to get a new car her payment would be extremely high that a used car would be best for her. When the man ran her application her credit score came out to be ***. When the rep was doing the paper work he told her she needed to put 2,000$ down and they gave her an interest rate of 8% and they sold her also an extended warranty that cost 2500$. I don’t know why because the car was still under warranty. After everything was set and done they financed a car 2017 Nissan Rogue with 27,000miles on it for 29,000$ dollars. To top it off I called two days later after her purchasevery upset because not only did they rip my mom off with the wrong product the sales manger Kent was very rude iver the phone . I told him if he’d sell that car to his mom for that price he laughed and said looking at your moms age she should have known what she was doing . That was very rude and unprofessional!! After telling my mom what she could have gone she felt upset of the fact that they took advantage of her. To top it off again three days later we here an announcement over the radio that the 2017 Nissan Rogue is selling for 19,000$. It’s not fair and very upsetting how someone can do that to another human being take advanatage of them. I know my mom could have gotten something a lot better. all we want is for the price to be lowered on the vehicle and the interest rate to be cheaper. Heck she wanted a new car but the man said her payment would have been high.

The vehicle was sold for the amount agreed upon by both parties.

I phoned Nissan of Reno to get an appointment to work on my truck. I explained the problem. They advised me to bring it in. I towed the truck to them (50 miles one-way), and explained I wanted the upper timing set adjusted correctly, as the truck would not run after a repair I had done. The engine turned freely, but would not fire.

Nissan of Reno kept the truck approximately two weeks, then called to tell me the engine was seized and would not turn in either direction, so there was nothing they could do. They claim to have tried to turn the engine by hand with a 3-foot breaker-bar.

I picked the truck up to tow it home (another 50 miles), and while waiting to load it on the dolly, I opened the hood. There was the air-box intake, loose under the hood and the hardware on top of the air cleaner. I secured it in the cab of the truck, or it would have been lost on the tow home.

On arrival at home, I unloaded the truck and inspected it further. There was no evidence of any work done on the vehicle whatsoever. Belts and spark-plugs had not been removed (which would be required to hand-turn an engine). Out of sheer curiosity, I attempted to turn the engine with the key. Engine spun freely, even with a low battery, plugs and belts installed.

It is clear to me Nissan of Reno did nothing of value in terms of diagnostic or repair to the truck.

I contacted *** (Service Manager), who returned my call, but was unwilling to do anything about the situation. I actually found his attitude rude and combative. I have not received a return call from *** (General Manager).
