My experience with customer service by manager, [redacted] was deplorableWhile making a "deal" with a sales associate a comment was made about a competing dealership and [redacted] acted like a baby, threw a fit and kicked my family and I out of the dealershipI've never been in a position where a "professional" was that disrespectfulI wouldn't suggest anyone spend their hard earned money at United Nissan if they allow their staff to treat people so poorly

My daughter and I purchased a Versa in October We had a very good Sales Consultant, Mario *** We recommended United Nissan to friends and are suppose to receive "Bird Dog" fundsIt has been an ongoing struggle to get the funds (months)The Manager " Vinny" was suppose to call, still waitingI personally went in person to Customer Service because they never answer the phone or return calls? When I spoke with the young lady she was rude, unresponsive and no help at allCustomer Service and Service Department is a large part of any business and word of mouth by satisfied customers in anotherUnited Nissan lacks in bothPlus months after purchasing the vehicle I had to buy new tires because the ones provided by the dealership did not meet standardsUnited Nissan knew I was driving my year old granddaughter in this vehicle daily and sold it with inferior tiresPlus my vehicle is still under warrantySurely United Nissan lacks in customer satisfaction!

Recently I lost my truck in a terrible accident , So I went to united Nissan Pre-Owned outlet and was helped by Ronnie and Jovan after spending 2hrs up there I walked out with a Altima A week past and Matt called me telling me that I needed a co-signer ..I gave him to people both was not approved on the spot which is a little odd considering the fact that they act like they didn't know I wasn't approved before walking out with the car I told Matt that I don't have a co-signer so he told me let him see what he could do for me and he would get back to meMatt never called me back that day , so I called the next morning which was a Saturday 11-12-and I talked to to Ronnie who was very unprofessional I told him that I was waiting on Matt to call me back to see if he was able to find a alternative to me getting the car ..his response was "hands down you need a co-signer" I took the car back and still don't have my deposit back

In my life time, I leased over 14 Nissan Vehicles from various Nissan Dealers in California and Colorado. I would stay away from United Nissan in Las Vegas Nevada. Very incompetent people. Vehicle leased on December 15th and as of January 11, they don't have the right paperwork for me to register the vehicle out of state. They supposed to have arranged the registration and the payment for the registration during the allocated time. Nobody owned the task! Go to some other dealership. They are not too friendly once you sign your agreement! And, they are not open in their dealings. United Nissan won't have my future business in sales or service. By the way, I already have 3 Nissan Vehicles! Goodbye!

I recently went home with a car that was not yet approved. The new contract was a complete different one then the original. I denied to sign the contract since it was not the original. I went back and told them I do not want this car here is you key. Then I was told I have horrible credit and that a bank will not take that the original contract. After being told several times that I signed a contract the car was mine that was that I still do not have a bank to approve my loan. I was verbally harassed by the finance guy and he had me feel like I was being degraded by my credit score and my hourly wage. Then before we left I had asked for his card and he refused to give to me saying because he does not have to. I asked the young girl in customer service for the Human resources number and she could get me his card and I heard him from down the hall say that me and my partner are ignorant people and to get the [redacted] out of there.
