A woman I believed to be Sabrina R[redacted] contacted me about wanting paperwork about the job that was supposed to be done. It was very noisy and I couldn't hear her so I asked her to call me back and I haven't heard from her since. I had my son call to speak to her, he was only able to leave message for her because he was told that she wasn't available.

Review: I sat down with Navid R[redacted] and made a contract to fix the exterior wall on my house after it had collapsed. He did most of the work which I had to go over and clean up but he never finished the job. He left before the job was completed, he never even filed any of the required paperwork with the department of buildings. I had no choice but to find someone else to complete the job properly. I had paid him in full and now have to pay someone else to fix his mess.Desired Settlement: I want him to refund me $5,200 which is the money I had to pay the next guy to finish the job.
