Review: I have been trading online with a company called, United Options. They are an International Forex,Stock and Commodities trading Company with a United States base in **, **. Their main office isin the **. with other offices elsewhere. My complaint is not with the technical platform, but withcustomer support and withdrawal of my funds. On January *, 2015 my account showed that I had $3,256.87. By the end of day the money was taken out; with only $0.87 left in my account.The funds were to be credited to my Bank Card MasterCard through [redacted] Bank in [redacted]. As of today, I have not received the funds credited to my account. I have worked with my bank and credit card company to see if any contact has been made through United Options. Nothing has transpired. It is now March **, 2015. I have called the [redacted] number several times and left messages with no response. # ###-###-####. Three weeks ago, I spoke with a man called, [redacted]. He said, "There has been a major shake up in the company and a lot of people, like myself, had the same problem." "He was looking into it for me and not to worry; I would get my money back." No recent contact. I AM WORRIED. Please Help! Thank You, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I opened my account with United Options ([email protected]) on 1-**-14 with $300. On 4-**-14 I deposited $1,500 into my account again. On 5-**-14 another $500 was deposited into my account. Finally, on 5-**-14 another $1,000. = $3,300 in all. When I closed my account I had $3,256.87. I am seeking the money that was withdrawn from my account on January *, 2015 which was; $3,256.00. I have not received help from anyone at United Options. Thank you, [redacted]
