United Parcel Post

Review: I shipped four boxes on 9/9/2014 from my previous home at [redacted], Ga.[redacted] to my new address in [redacted], WI. I received 2 boxes and 1 which had been broken open. I did not received the 4th box at all. When I called and spoke with a repressentative to find out where a box containing a printer, I was told at first that it had been delivered. NO it hadn't and told the representative this. He stated that someone would call me that night, they didn't. The next day I received a message to my phone saying someone will call and tell me something. I received a call 2 days later saying that the matter would be investigated and haven't heard a single thing yet. It is now day 6. I check wesite with tracking number which changes a delivery date every day. PLEASE HELP!!!!Desired Settlement: Some kind of results. Or and answer to what has happen to my package.
