Very rude customer service. Asked a question about part for my furnace and a man in customer service hung up in my face. Very RUDE!
I've had no problem with this company, I like that they carry every brand. They may be a little higher but I get the genuine factory part, not a aftermarket low quality one.oh, they don't take electrical or gas part returns which is like all the other stores like this one. I've heard this company has been online since the beginning in 1994, they must be doing something right!
