I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
The place of service was not billed correctlyI know this because I had other out-patient procedures with pathology done that year by other pathologists and they all paid correctlyThis was the one exceptionThe insurance company confirmed it was due to the incorrect place of service being billed.The second issued is they harassed me about the bill by calling over and over againThey convinced me if I just paid the whole thing in full instead of making payments I would be done and I wouldn't hear from them again, so I got out a couple of credit cards and paid it in full (according to them)Then all of a sudden they start calling me again saying I owe more, again, after they had told me I was done and paid in full.I filed the complaint and then I got ONE call from someone saying they were a manager and left me a voicemailI called back within minutes after receiving their voicemail and I got the managers voicemail so I left a messageI never heard back from them againTo my knowledge they never called again, certainly they never left a message.
