United Payday Loan

Review: I was trying to obtain a loan. This company said I was approved for $5000. But because of my credit score I needed to purchase a [redacted] money pak and put the first month payment on it to show good faith. I was told by Daniel A[redacted] that the money was ONLY to show good faith and would not be taken off the card. I was told I would receive a call in 60 mins with approval info. I waited more than 60 min and called him back. He claims that they tried three times to wire money into my account but it was rejected and that I would need to purchase a new money pak card for another $250 and then they could refund the initial $250. When I was told that the initial $250 wasn't going to be touched anyway. I then spoke to his supervisor, john, he was very disrespectful, yelling at me, calling me stupid and didn't understand why I was confused. He said Daniel gave me all the info and that if I still wanted the loan I would need to pay them another $150 so they could western union the loan amount plus the $250. I told him I no longer wanted the loan, just my $250. He argued with me that the only way to receive a refund was to purchase another $250 card. I explained I didn't have that kind of money because I already purchased a $250 card. He continued to yell and call me stupid and hung up on me. I called back and was continuously interrupted and I told him I was going to file a complaint with Revdex.com and he then told me that I would not get any refund because of it. I told him I feared it was a scam and he called me stupid and told me to get that out of my mind. I was just trying to get a loan to help out with some finances and now I'm even further behind. I was also told by John that all my phone conversations were recorded and when I asked him to provide company info, he said he didn't have time for my stupidity. If all calls we're recorded, they should show where I was told the initial $250 wouldn't be touched.Desired Settlement: I would like my $250 back. I'm not asking for anything extra, only what I out out. Thanks.
