experience here at United Payment AllianceWe train our reps to go over our agreements in great depthIn regards to *** calling our office with questions, we pride ourselves on our customer service at United Payment Alliance*** from *** *** *** called our office upwards of times everyday and we were happy to answer any questions he hadAt the time of ending every call with *** it was under our impression he was happy with our services at that timeWe did tell *** we would pay the early termination fee of his previous processor, we ask every merchant to try us out for days before canceling their previous processor to ensure they are happy with our servers, if they are not they can simply go back to what they were doing before by simply unplugging our equipment and plugging in their old one*** did not process with us for the days so we did not pay his early termination fee. We went through an entire page presentation showing and explaining all of the benefits and details that United Payment Alliance offersAlong with the presentation we did a savings Analysis that goes over the all the rates and fees along with the Monthly lease payment which in *** case was $for the duration of months*** signed a page Application in which you signed in spots and initialed in that clearly states all charges that would be charged to your account*** also completed a verbal verification that he agrees to all terms and conditions of the agreementWith all that being said we are still willing to honor our original agreementthat agreement is that we will save you money as promised on your processingOur early termination fee is $for the processing, in regards to the lease agreement that is strictly between *** and the leasing company if you wish to cancel you can reach out to them directlyUnited Payment Aliance is committed to working with you and thank you for giving us the opportunity to address this matter for you.
