Review: I hired United Photo and Video to provide photography and videography services for my Wedding which was on October [redacted] 2012. I signed a contract with United in the Winter of 2012. In the almost two years since my wedding, I have only received the proofs from my wedding, I am STILL waiting for my video. I have contacted United numerous times over the last year via telephone and e-mail, and they have given me excuse after excuse. In 2013 I was told that their editing machine broke, and as the year went on and 2014 came to, I was told their main editor left the company so I was told Ed the owner was doing all the editing. In June 2014, ** at United informed me he was still working on editing video's from 2011.Desired Settlement: I would either like my professionally edited and finished wedding video, or a partly refund as my contact stated I paid for both photographer and videography services and they were paid as requested.

Review: I hired Ed D[redacted] at United Photo and Video to provide videography at my wedding on July *, 2014. I paid Ed a $1300.00 deposit. The other 500$ is to be paid at delivery. The contract we agreed upon states the video is to be edited and delivered in 6 to 8 months. It has been 15 months and we still do not have the video. When I first contacted him in June 2014, Ed stated the editor was backed up and to be a bit patient. In August 2015, he stated that he would personally be editing the film and it would be done soon. In September 2015, he told me that the video was edited but I needed to wait a bit more. Since then Ed has not responded to our calls, emails, or messages. I see that he has a record of delivery issues. I am concerned that he last the footage, or is wasting my money and time.Desired Settlement: If the film has still no been edited-
I would like our deposit back as well as the raw footage from the business. I will use the money to pay another professional to edit the film.
If the film was edited-
I want the film delivered ASAP with no further payment due.
Review: I hired this company to film a family event, and I paid for the filming and editing upgrade in advance of receiving the final product. The event was on March *; the contract requires that the final product be delivered to my within two months. I called the manager today who said that the final product could take 'as much as five months'. When I complained, he advised, 'ok, I will have it to you in two weeks'. I want either my money returned ($812.60 check number [redacted] and check number [redacted] or the final product delivered at once.Desired Settlement: Seeking the final edited video.

To Revdex.com, the DVDS for Mr. [redacted] were send via [redacted] last week, on [redacted] June **, I called [redacted] last [redacted] June **. They said, someone at Mr. [redacted] residence, did sign for the parcel on Saturday (in the morning).
