They are a horrible company. They have no problem taking your money, and giving you inferior products. I spent $1200 for sofa cushions and pillows and within 2 months they were pilling, got stretched out and are overhanging my sofa. I called them and they were kind enough to tell me that the fabric will do that(I should’ve known) and they are willing to replace it at half cost ….another $600! They won’t respond to any phone calls or mail mails at this point. Lesson learned….run far away from this company!

I ordered two expensive pillows from this company. Paid an extra fifty-two bucks and change for three day delivery.

Here it is, five days later - on Christmas Eve. Still no pillows. Called three different customer service numbers - no answer, just "Sorry, this mailbox is full". Sent an email. No reply.

They were Johnny-on-the-spot to take my money, though. No time wasted, there. Never again.

I am thrilled with this company and surprised that people had negative things to sayI read all of the reviews (many positive ones, especially on quality!) before I purchased....it's always a little scary to order something custom online from a company you don't knowBut the cushions came today...and I am thrilledThe turn-around time exceeded my expectations and the quality is fabulousSo happy with everything and I hope this company continues to succeedI highly recommend them and will be shopping there again for more custom cushions!

Warning To All. Do Not purchase anything from this company. Huge disappointment. They do not return calls or emails. They do not work with their customers regarding refunds. If you do get a refund it takes months to get it.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered 22 inch pillow forms and when I got them, they were actually 20-21 inches. I just wanted to send them back and get larger ones. I asked them to take care of shipping since the product was not as advertised and they refused. I even offered to pay for return shipping of the pillows I received if they would take care of the shipping on the new pillows. They refused and were extremely rude. Absoloutely zero customer service! Also, the lady told me it says on their web site that you have to mash pillows flat to measure. That is not true. That is nowhere on their site!
