I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in June and it was the worse experience of my entire life
First of all, it took me days to be able to drive out with the car Finance department was rude and disrespectful, they even made a racist remark I complaint and all I got back from the finance manager was "don't worry, he is a Yankee" What does that even mean, he gets a free pass to insult customers?
Second, months after I had the car in may possession, they called and said that they had found a better bank with a lower rate and all I had to do is agree but the deal was the same Turns out that they left out the gap insurance from the deal and was cancelled in 2014, six months after, without any notification to us Fast forward a couple of years and I learned after the Louisiana Flood that I had no gap insurance I turned to them and they the manager of the location didn't even take the time to see me This is the kind of service they provide
Third, during the time I had the vehicle, I took it in under manufacture warranty for a noise in the front suspension and they never took care of it, denying me to drive with the mechanic to point out the issue Right after my manufacturer warranty expired and my extended kicked in they miraculously found the issue and unfortunately one part was covered under my extended warranty but another one wasn't Wanted to charge me for the repair Same thing happened when my tire sensor went out The same went on, but they wanted to replace a part that wasn't even broken I contacted the brand and they took care of my car to make it right, if it was up the the dealer it wouldnt have been fixed
I will never recommend this dealer to anyone and needless to say, will never, ever buy from them again
