Very poor way to run a businessOk the generators are getting repaired but only after my constant persistenceThe repair shop was not getting any response from UPS until I emailed them twice and filed this complaintThe repair shop needed to order parts and UPS was not calling them backI still do not have the generators back as they are still waiting for the parts to show up

We have ordered and paid for the part that the customer reports he did not receive when the equipment was delivered United explained to the customer that this part was not normally stocked by us because we do not manufacture the unitPuma Industries will contact us tomorrow, with the tracking number for the [redacted] package and we will email the customer with the tracking number We appreciate your business!

Parts were received after more phone calls and emails. This level of service is unacceptable and I do not understand how UPS can maintain a positive rating with BBB.

We received the email on */7/to request a shop to drop the generators off for repair We received the requested information on the serial numbers on the */9/Unfortunately our parts person was out and did not assign the shop until our office received an
email on the 25th of *** We apologize for the delay and the parts have been sent out to the shop for installation Upon the shop's repair completion we will pay the shop their labor rate of $at no cost to the customer The shops usually have a one to two week determination time frame which is beyond our control and we do ask them if they can fit the units in as soon as possible We do appreciate your business and thank you for your patience!

I spoke to *** to direct her to drop the unit off at a local generator repair shop. The shop is currently making a determination to find out what is wrong with the unit. United Power Systems will pay for the repair and supply the parts needed for the repair at no charge to the
customer
