On 08/10/we (United Products) received an order from [redacted] , a [redacted] employeeWhen we were made aware by Lois that he was not authorized to do purchasing, we (United) picked up the merchandise at our costThis complaint was resolved a day after this complaint was issued Unfortunately we did not get back to *** @ [redacted] soonerThe rep happened to be out and contacted her a day too lateSorry for the inconvenience

I am rejecting this response because:
*** *** is not a supervisor at *** *** ***,
he is a maintenance technician.
We questioned *** and he does not recall ordering all of the
product that was sent to us
Someone at United Product Supply reached out to him back in
February 2016. He did not initiate a
relationship.
The products do not have an expiration date. We have enough of these products to last for years
When I called and emailed to discuss returns and to resolve
that we were charged incorrectly (over charged) and we were having trouble with
the item descriptions in order to reconcile products with invoices,
Layla and Joe would not answer their phones or email

In response to *** * ***'s complaint. *** **, a *** *** *** supervisor, has been placing orders with our company since February 25, 2016. When first contacted by *** on 11/30/we had issued return labels at our expense and fully credited invoices dated back
to 10/03/2016. Two of these invoices were over our thirty day return policy which is stated on every invoice as a courtesy to the customer. We simply can not take back merchandise that the customer ordered from September of last year. Many emails have gone back and forth and the resolution *** *** wants we can not give her. Once again we have thirty days return policy and as a courtesy we extended that policy an extra thirty days to the customer. Layla Q
