Terrible company! Barely anyone over there is on the same page! One employee will tell you one thing, and then someone else will tell you something completely different. I will never rent from this company again, and would not recommend it to my greatest enemy! I was told I couldnt move into the house I was renting for a week because they were going to need to clean it, why they didnt clean it before, I am not sure... well, when I moved in a week later, THEY NEVER CLEANED IT! The place was a complete mess... my socks were black from the floor, there was trash in every room. We had the truck already rented, so we had to move our stuff in, THEN after calling them, they sent somone over to clean and with our stuff everywhere, they had to clean around our stuff. That was just the beginning of my headache with this company. They do a terrible job of keeping track of your records of payment, so ASK FOR RECEIPTS! Also, they take their sweet time to deposit your checks. Just avoid this company if possible!
