Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Apperntly just removing the cover warrants a $charge called opening the pool becssue they never connected the pump nor turned on the filterIt is correct thay no work was to be done without approval yet they are charging me $for repairs and the pool was never even workingIt had nothing to do with chemicals or water quality, the actual equipment was never connectedI never approved repairs, the tears were partially done anyway and then charged to me in full And I am still being invoicedultiple times for the same servicesThe repairs done to the filter without my approval were charged to me twiceThey refuse to contact me directly to discuss the invoicesIt's ridiculous I even have to post here to get a response though their response does not address any of my concerns In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
