The customer sent in a Sony HIFI speaker for warranty repair on 1/5/After conferring with Sony with the availability of parts needed to repair this unit, Sony agreed to exchange the unit on 1/16/We received confirmation the exchange was processed on 2/7/and we closed out the work order Upon receiving this concern we contacted Sony to inquire as to the status of the customer's exchangeSony acknowledged that the exchange request was not fulfilled but it would be escalated to get it outWe contacted the customer (spoke with [redacted] ) and communicated what had happened and that Sony is sending out the exchangeOnce we received tracking information from Sony that the exchange was sent we spoke to [redacted] and gave her all the informationWe confirmed the customer did receive their exchange
