United Recovery Systems

Roberto Ro[redacted] called from United Recovery Systems. He called my cell multiple times and actually called my mother who I haven't lived with for 30 years. He knew the exact account balance on my Macys account, my last payment, my social security number and all other personal information. He stated that my Macys account had been referred to them as a bad debt and that if I did not pay 20% within 30 days, he would "charge off" the account and it would be a negative hit on my credit report.My Macys account had recently been closed due to fraud, so I told him this was not possible. I confirmed with Macys that my account was in good standing. I received a letter from the above "gentleman" a few days letter. In it states the same information that he left on my voicemail. Negative, false information plus some more intense, coercive language that leads people to panic. It appears that United Recovery Systems is using our credit reports to obtain information to commit fraud.
