Worst customer service ever on the phone Car was supposed to be delivered to our house in Roseburg on 11/ When we called the shipper, car had been sitting in their yard in Portland and they said they would meet us in *** at a Best Buy or Home Depot whenever we wanted Not what we paid for Also worst communication ever Had to email carrier multiple time to find out when they would be picking up the vehicle from the dealership They never notified me of pickup, I found out from the Dealership days after when I txt the salesmen Trying to charge an extra 185$ for not delivering to the right area When we called to try to find out what was going on, *** kept ignoring our phone calls Disputing the charges on the CC so that we get our money back

He uses many different names for his business - United Reliable Auto Transport, Reliable United Auto Transport Inc., United-move.com is his website that was printed on his paperwork. There are MANY complaints on this character on Revdex.com website - look up the various names! Same scam every time - he gives you a price that is NOT ambiguous - not an estimate, no other fees. He makes you sign an agreement for a $200 Deposit which is fine. But NOWHERE does it say this is an Extra Fee, or anything but payment for him to do part of the overall job of getting the car shipped as needed. When the driver for the independent contractor shows up, they want the full Amount - not the quoted price minus the $200 Deposit. He is a liar, a scam artist and is committing fraud by claiming in his email that he enjoys 100% customer satisfaction - the Revdex.com website alone shows an F rating!
