First of all, I am very upset with the conditions our stuff is inMost of our stuffs were wet, damaged, broken or either non functionable, and we have a lot of stuff missingThe people who drove the truck told us it rained and that was why our stuff was wetBut honestly I think this is your responsibility to take care of our stuff so they don't get wetI don't think this could be a excuseA lot of our things were missing such as shoes rack (that we bought not long ago), a lot of our art, and pictures that we bought, a lot of our clothes are missing(very displeased)Our cups, plates, china set that were from JapanOur cabinets were broken, lot of our storage containers were all smashed, our fitness stuff were damaged(we can't use them anymore), our ping pong racket was water damaged($350), our jackets were water damaged, our wooden cross that we bought all the way from Korea was damaged, a lot of our books were heavily damaged and they are unreadable(broken spines, water damaged)
