Although there is little truth to this response, Ire'll admit there is someFirst of all, although I did arrive at around 7:50, I waited (as stated earlier) until 8:10, before Rolling the roller under a small locked gate and up to the side of the building, which must have taken me at least five minutes, Although there was a sign on the building, I don't believe it states not to leave equipment there, and I'm quite sure that if it does exist, that it states my deposit will be forfeitedI left there at roughly 8:15, as stated and there was nobody thereI had roughly a minute trip ahead of me (to Hawaii Kai) and would have had no issues with waiting longer if it had been an optionPerhaps the business owners should have arrived on site, when they claimed they would be, or at least left an optional contactManagement also states that I "was the one who made a rude call to her", she neglects to tell you that, as I was trying to explain my situation to her, she was interrupting me, yelling at me, and not letting me get a word in edge-wise, then proceeded to hang up the phoneAlthough I regret yelling, and being unprofessional, the phone call she is referring to was an immediate response to her rude call to me, telling me she was going to keep my depositI'm confident that this "manager" is the owner of the company, I have little doubt that if she wasn't, she would not hold that position long with any company whose customers are treated this wayAlso, the claim that they don't have my address is a claim also, I'm sure I recall writing it on the invoice prior to rentalThis is simply an excuse for not having returned my deposit prior to their response

Although there is little truth to this response, Ire'll admit there is some. First of all, although I did arrive at around 7:50, I waited (as stated earlier) until 8:10, before Rolling the roller under a small locked gate and up to the side of the building, which must have taken me at least five minutes, Although there was a sign on the building, I don't believe it states not to leave equipment there, and I'm quite sure that if it does exist, that it states my deposit will be forfeited. I had roughly a 40 minute trip ahead of me (to Hawaii Kai) and would have had no issues with waiting longer if it had been an option. Perhaps the business owners should have arrived on site, when they claimed they would be, or at least left an optional contact. Management also states that I "was the one who made a rude call to her", she neglects to tell you that, as I was trying to explain my situation to her, she was interrupting me, yelling at me, and not letting me get a word in edge-wise, then proceeded to hang up the phone. Although I regret yelling, and being unprofessional, the phone call she is referring to was an immediate response to her rude call to me, telling me she was going to keep my deposit. I'm confident that this "manager" is the owner of the company, I have little doubt that if she wasn't, she would not hold that position long with any company whose customers are treated this way. Also, the claim that they don't have my address is a false claim also, I'm sure I recall writing it on the invoice prior to rental. This is simply an excuse for not having returned my deposit prior to their response.
