To Whom It May Concern:   In response to complaint #[redacted]:   By email on 03/09/2016, [redacted], of 1[redacted] in [redacted], requested estimates for lawn care, mowing, slice seeding and core aeration services. The estimates for everything but the slice seeding were...

provided to her by email on 03/09/2016. [redacted] responded to the email by saying “Great! Let me know the price for slice seeding, then we can get it start{ed}.”  We sent our technician, Mark F[redacted], out to her property to provide the quote for slice seeding on 03/16/2016. Mark F[redacted] met with [redacted] and walked the property and [redacted] gave verbal approval for each service except for the mowing service at that time. The lawn care application was then performed on 03/18/2016.   The owner, [redacted], called the [redacted] residence on 06/17/2016 and spoke with [redacted] concerning this matter and at that time offered him a 50% discount on the completed service but the offer was not accepted.     If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach us at the number listed below.
