Proof of delivery is not required under any statute, our letter vendor will certify the letter was mailed to the address listed. No reason for us not to get you the information, we have sent it to hundreds of people daily. We have been in business for plus years and have never been cited for failing to send the first notice or for failing to respond to a dispute. The paperwork has been provided, the bill appears to be accurate and you will have your day in court unless you want to reach out and handle before additional fees and costs could be added. The services were provided to you when you needed them

I am rejecting this response because: the response statements are inaccurate I never received a first letter and dont recognize the first letter they say they sent Was it certified? Proof of delivery? If I would have received it, my account would have been properly disputed at that time as it was with the original creditor Second, the dispute in was on my credit report through the agencies not united resource systems The dispute response I never recieved Proof of delivery?

Received letter from consumer on December 18th requesting validation. The attached letter with validation was sent to the address provided on December 23rd 2015. No collection activity has subsequently occurred

I have reviewed the consumer complaint and attached the details requested. The doctors office left messages and sent the attached final notice back in March of 2015. URS spoke to Ms*** on April 7th where we have notes indicating Ms *** forgot about the bill and she will
call back with a credit card the following Friday morning. No phone call was received. A reminder letter was sent to the address presented in complaint on 4/27/and a message was left on the voicemail of the listed phone number on complaint on the following dates;= 4/28/2015 = 6/3/= 6/4/= 7/9/= 8/6/2015The doctors office also provided Ms*** with an estimated cost for the services at $prior to the event taking place. Ms*** could have paid this bill prior to the event, on any of the notices sent or when URS contacted early last year. The $is owed along with the statutory interest, costs and fees

I am rejecting this response because:That is much different from what he told me yesterday He indicated the last call was on 4/7/with two statements sent from his company on 3/and 4/and he was not required to call me or send me any further notices There were no messages received on any of the alleged dates he has indicated or any statements Additionally, the breakout does not include the amount he is saying is outstanding with a full breakout of each item I actually called Total Orthopedics who explained the charges to me in detail yesterday and were very nice after I explained my conversation with the gentleman yesterday

The first notice was sent to the consumers address that was listed on the paperwork provided by the consumer. All rights were provided. The consumer disputed the debt on December 19th and the statement was provided and sent to the consumer on December 20th to the address listed
on the dispute well within the day period

This consumer has never spoken to anybody in this office?  I am unaware of how we can be rude when we have never spoken to you?  If we had spoken you would have been instructed to send us your police report and a copy of your drivers license or state issued ID.  You must also go to...

It is your debt, as explained Arizona is a community property state.  You are responsible for your husbands medical bills and he is responsible for yours.  Again, emergency care does NOT need a signature or contract.  You REFUSE to help us appeal the insurance which could make this go away.  You hang up on us when all we are trying to do is help.  I will remove this from your credit if you help us with an appeal.

respond in this public forum until I know who this other person is.  Our process is to actually delete a credit bureau listing for this type of account and I show we have requested that from the bureaus in July.   I will be happy to assist you but we will need to talk over the phone.  [redacted]

You sent us a dispute letter which was received in December 18th 2015.  We responded with a complete accounting of the debt in dispute and mailed to the provided address on December 23rd 2015.  You file a complaint with this organization that it was not received or never sent demanding your credit to be cleared.  Once you received the backup through this portal, most likely again, you called and paid the amount on the invoice on January 20th 2016.  We sent you a letter stating that once paid we would request to the bureaus that this account be removed from your bureau as a courtesy to you prior to payment and the representative was extremely courteous to you.  Then you reject our response and demand that your credit bureau be cleared again one day later.  We appreciate the fact that you have taken care of your obligation and we will abide by the letter YOU received prior to payment and rejection of our response in which we are no way obligated to remove but did so as a courtesy to you.  It will take several weeks for the bureaus to pick up the request for deletion.  If you have any problems with this process or are in need of any additional help, please do not hesitate to contact our offices directly.

As I typically am confused by this behavior, I will try to understand how many times a responsible party must be notified that there is a bill outstanding?  The doctors office told you there would be a $300.00 co-pay prior to the event.  They sent you four letters and emails as reminders to the copay.  URS sent you 2 letters, followed up with a phone call that we have recorded that you acknowledged the bill but never called back as you indicated you would.  Even if this was the last thing we did, shouldn't that be enough?  Why did you not call us back and offer small payments?  Why do you expect additional letters and messages?  Why did this ever go past the day we talked on the phone, you acknowledged you "forgot about the bill" and at that time you were busy but you would call back on Friday to take care of.  Then almost a year later when tings must be progressed, you are the one upset?  The doctors office had to hire someone to get you to pay.  They only receive a portion of the bill because you choose to ignore it.  Now YOU are complaining?  You do not accept my response because we did not notify you enough, I will truly never understand.

The bill is a result of a medical expense by Mrs. [redacted] husband. In Arizona, a community property state, the spouse is responsible for medical debts. There is no agreement/signature required for emergency medical care. The best option is to actually work with this agency to help with the appeal...
