United Restoration

For a restoration company they don't do very good workThey cut corners just to get the work doneWhen I was unhappy with the way a job was done I talked to the job managerHe basically lied to my face about fixing itWhen I brought it to his attention again he argued with me and told me I was being nit pickyHe continued to argue with me and my son tried to help mediate with us The job manager got in my sons face and started arguing with himI had to tell the manager to leave three times
I called the owner and he apologized for the managers behavior but the work that had to be redone was done by a handy man that did a terrible jobI guess you can call yourself a restoration company and have a handy man that does mediocre work represent you
And don't expect them to work around your scheduleThey basically told me that they didn't care if I had to take off work to be home for them to do the work inside my houseAnd they were never on time
