Ms***,I was contacted by *** *** w/ United Revenue Corp yesterday afternoon and she stated that it was determined the
debt was not mine and that it would be deleted from my credit report within weeks. She placed all the blame on Experian so I will be contacting them to find out how they erroneously associated me with the debt. I requested she email me stating the debt would be removed and she said she couldn’t send me anything in writing. With that being said, I would request this complaint not be closed until I verify the debt has been deleted off my credit, if that is acceptable with you?Thank you,*** ***

Revdex.comMESSAGE:I received a response to my complaint and accepted it but honestly I wish I hadntThe response I received from this company was very rude to say the leastRegardless how I choose to get info regarding my concerns is my choiceThey claim to have sent me letters but I never received anythingThis say this is a medical expense for my son that occured or more years agoMy son's father had insurance on him and any and all bills would have been sent to him in Indiana not meWe were to pay half of all expenses but it appears I was not notified of the amount his insurance didnt cover and now I am the one with credit issuesIf this event occured in 2011, I shouldve seen it on my report sooner than 5yrs laterI want to resolve this issue with themIn all honesty, after reviewing the complaints on this company, I wonder if I actually have a collection at allI prefer to resolve this online but their website doesnt help with thatUnless I receive absolute proof of my collection I will not respond to their attempt to collect money from me.Thank you,*** ***
