Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12626981, and while I do not agree with their response or their characterization of the representative's comments regarding the pickup date, they finally refunded my money, which resolves my complaintRegards, [redacted] ***
There is no basis for this complaintThe customer was given no guarantee of pickup in days. What *** stated was, "It's generally a 6-day window--a business-day window. So it'll usually get picked up within those business days." The length of time it
takes to pickup a customer's vehicle depends on the supply of carriers and demands of customers (in terms of number of vehicles) in those specific lanes of transport. In other words, during this particular time there weren't enough carriers available to pick up a single vehicle going from that particular Point A to Point B (in this case Washington to Arkansas)Unlike 95% of vehicle transport brokers, United Road refunds the customer in full for when this happens. The other 95% obtain a non-refundable deposit (usually $or more). In this case, the customer was refunded in full by us on Friday, 1/19. If the customer does not have access to these funds, that is due to the processes that the credit card company and the bank use
