This company promoted a code to get free massage padsWhen trying to use the code it took me through the process of purchasing the items, and a spot to enter the code never showed upI ended up purchasing the items for full price on accident thinking a spot for the promocode will show upWhen trying to get ahold of the company they never answered my phone calls (the phone number on their website goes straight to voicemail), or responded to my cancel order request

This business has changed to "Numotion" and employees call it "slow-motion" I have been waiting months for a wheelchair cushion (custom) and was told my order wasn't made because it was a duplication, No follow through-very few returned calls, Needs of wheelchair users can be handled in a timely manner. I started this process in November, 2013 and was told it can be another 5-6 weeks after calling 7/29/14.
