First experience was the female answering the phone was not at all professional, said you can call back when the guy that does that job--no name--comes back from his vacationDidn't have any concern that my son who is dependent on a wheel chair had a broken wheel and needed it fixed a.s.a.pTook no information to follow up with Then as weeks pass, they sent a guy out- he didn't introduce himself, took a couple notes and asked my son if he would like to just get a new chair, my son replied it had not been long enough for the insurance to approve it and he really most of all just needed the wheel fixed ,the man asked if my son would like other worn parts replaced and my son replied "if you want to ask for approval for other worn parts that would be great but I NEED the wheel fixed real bad."It has now been 70+days and no parts No Broken Wheel fixedMy son called this morning to ask how long and was given the blame game again-- the 3rd time - .Even his Dr is frustrated w/ Nu motion

Unfortunately it has been about six months that this issue has been going onThe client has Private Insurance as their
Primary payer and Missouri Medicaid as their Secondary payerMissouri Medicaid has a Primary payer on file, that is no longer activeIf we bill the Primary Insurance that we have on file that is different than what Medicaid has, when it goes to Missouri Medicaid as the Secondary they will deny the claim due to they have a different Primary on file for the client so the client will be responsible for the dollars Missouri Medicaid would have paid
When this was explained to the mother and the client they said that the could not pay anything and wanted Missouri Medicaid to payIt was explained to both mother and son on multiple occasions that in order for Missouri Medicaid to pay they must call Missouri Medicaid and updated Medicaid's recordsAs of today 4/7/Missouri Medicaid still has UMR as the Primary payer which termed 12/31/
