ANT MY MONEY BACK. The total charge is $198.00.
This company is very underhanded in what they do. First they have a special that I ordered that was buy 3 and get 2 free. Then when charged they charged for all 5. I called them and they refunded the difference. It was like they hope you don't notice. Then I start getting a monthly order of other items and there was NO place that I saw where I was signing up for monthly orders. I called and got it cancelled but should NOT have had to do this. I was being careful I thought when buying this looking for something like this and never saw it coming.
I saw an ad for this business on [redacted] and they were offering a buy 3 get one free offer on CBD oil. The receipt they sent me said 4 bottles at $37/ea. My CC was charged $198. instead of the $148 expected. I called the customer service number on the receipt and it was a 3rd party customer service company with no authority to do anything about it except to make excuses for the company. They said I would get a rebate form with the order when it came for $50. No form was included, but there was instructions to go to another 3rd party website , enter information, and if "you qualify" you will get a rebate. As I read the rebate form, it is more a disclaimer and liabilty reduction agreement more than anything else. This entire transaction has been done in a very unethical and dishonest manner. So, how can I use a product to put into my body with any confidence at all that it is safe and or what it claims to me when dealing with such a dishonest company? I want a full refund.
