On 8-2, our construction manager met with the customer and her son-n-law because on 8-the customer would not let us complete the flooring installation Her comment to us was that she "did not like the carpet style and did not like the location of the seam in the carpet." The customer did not think she had a seam in her carpet before At this appointment, she did state, however, that she liked the color Additionally, she told our construction manager that it was the carpet "she picked, but she just doesn't like it." She stated that this carpet is showing more footprints then what she had before We explained that there had to be a seam in the room before due to the size of the room and agreed with her that this was the selection she made On 8-2, we received and email from the son-n-law to put the carpet install on hold until we confirmed the floor selection On 8-4, we responded to the son-n-law that we confirmed the selection she made is what we installed The floor contractor that we used stated that he met with [redacted] and [redacted] , her daughter, on site to make the selections He showed them multiple selections as well as offered to let them come to the store to make a selection if they did not see anything they liked We would still like to complete the project with the material that was ordered If the customer does not want the carpeting that she selected, we would have to charge her as if it were a new project.In addition to this carpet issue, the customer mentioned $was missing and that it was in a certain place on site and then disappeared after we finished our work She also stated that we moved the location of the commode when we installed the floor tile After this mention of money being missing, we received a message from the son-n-law on 08-that they had found the $ With regards to the commode, all we did was remove and reset the commode and not move the location of the commode itself Please call me with any questions Thank you - [redacted] ***

United Services will be happy to finish the install of the carpet and complete the project The carpet has to have a seam Once you allow us to finish the installation, the seam will become virtually unnoticeable Seaming carpeting is a trade practice This is the carpet in which you selected Additionally, you confirmed that you selected this carpet with our construction manager You told him you just didn't like it now that it was being installed The toilet location was not moved This was discussed with you and your son-n-law On 08/16, we sent photos to your son-n-law showing the original location of the toilet He confirmed in his response on 08/that the photo "addresses the location of the commode." It is our goal to complete the carpet and the remainder of the project for you The next step would be to give your project manager a call, so that he can schedule the remainder of the workIf you are unwilling to move forward with the project, I believe the next step will be to ask the Revdex.com for mediation to help us resolve your concernsThank you -

United Services has been working with this customer to resolve his concerns Our team met with the customer today to review his concerns with him It is 100% our intention and goal to take care of any issues related to our scope of work as quick as we can We do have some material
that we have ordered and are waiting on before we can completely finish Thank you ***

consumer by 06/18/15 in the morning. Also, I would like to set up a meeting during office hours to review the credits requested. I am willing to meet at my office or at their office or home to review the requested credits.

I am rejecting this response because: I would like my living room re carpeted without splicing, the toilet placed back in the original spot, repair the wall damaged in the laundry room and compensated for the glider that was taken.

The one  titled in part " not finished new on right " is the current status of the carpet in the living room The view is from the main entry into the condo looking into the living room. The new carpet is to the right. That is the carpet Vivian is not satisfied with and never selected. The carpet on the left side of the picture is the original carpet. The open area between he two is the carpet padThe other pictures show the workmanship of the installers.   -- The picture of the bad splice is the splice from the hall into the family room.  -- The broken tile is the new tile in the hall bathroom and the A/C vent -- The baseboard picture shows the dirty walls and original baseboards being reused.
