I worked with Gina who did an awesome job of communicating when and who was coming that day. I'm very impressed with the quality of work they did.

Our homeowners insurance recommended United Services after storm and wind damage to our roof. We usually fix things ourselves, but it was an overwhelming amount of work to be done. We only met with Mike [redacted], but have only great things to say. He looked at the house, the roof, measured everything, met a few more times to go over plans, changes, costs, and contracts. The news that the entire roof needed replaced was a lot less terrifying after planning it out with Mike. He not only knew what he was doing because he's got experience, but it felt like he also knew our home because he was the one coming out to take pictures, measure, plan, and meet with us. Not a different person every time, and he was always reachable whenever we had any questions or concerns, or additional repairs to add to the estimate. He was patient with our busy schedule, our need for a translator, our tight budget. Thank you Mike and United Services, for a beautiful new roof. The only thing that could have been better than our experience with this business is if the roof was never damaged and leaked in the first place.
