Incompetent invoicing, drivers can't use GPS
Even after I update Google maps for new neighborhoods so that drivers can Google our addresses, they still call me and are unable to find an address that another driver has been getting to for a year. Obviously they get no support for mapping their destinations. It's hard to finish your route if you don't know how to find a neighborhood. Secondly, we get past-due invoices and collection threats for items we were never billed for in the first place. We are known for paying on time, but we do have to receive your invoices, and if you aren't paid when expected, pick up the phone instead of waiting 3 months and making threats. What happened is they got too big for their britches and they can't manage this behemoth. We tried another company, and their porta-johns are bigger and nicer for less money.

I ordered what was listed as Deluxe with sink from United Site Services for a weddingWhen I was on the phone with them, they lead me to believe that the sinks were inside the structures otherwise they are just, in my opinion would NOT be deluxe, but standardI ordered and paid IN FULL on March 25th of The event was not going to be until November 8th of They told me that they would deliver on the 6th because they DO NOT setup on the weekends, and that they would pickup on the 9th November the 6th came and no call, we called them and demanded an explanationThey told us that the delivery man's truck broke down earlier and that he had been up since am working, so they asked to reschedule to the 7thWe agreedThe 7th came and a delivery man dropped off standard looking portapottiesNo sinkNo explanationNothingAnother man came by to drop off the same orderWe told him that some were already dropped off, but we asked him to check them because they didn't seem rightWithout checking he assured us if they were dropped off, than they were correct We called again, angry and demanded a managerAt first they told us there was none, but eventually we got oneThey told us that what we got WAS the deluxeSo we asked where the sinks were, which was clearly on my receiptThey went on to tell us that all of their sinks were at a Disney event and were not able to be there So basically, without making sure it was alright, and without informing us they just CANCELLED my sink order that I scheduled months in advanced for my WEDDING, because DISNEY was "better"This was COMPLETELY unacceptable! They told us that they could get my sinks out to me THE DAY OF MY WEDDING!!! Mind you, they originally said they do not deliver on the weekendsThey DID finally get there They were scheduled to be collected on November 9thThey were not collected until November 13th, and it took lots of calling and demanding to do their jobsI would NEVER recommend this company to any oneThis company and their behavior was absolutely unprofessional, unreliable, and down right unacceptable

I ordered what was listed as 2 Deluxe with sink from United Site Services for a wedding. When I was on the phone with them, they lead me to believe that the sinks were inside the structures otherwise they are just, in my opinion would NOT be deluxe, but standard. I ordered and paid IN FULL on March 25th of 2015. The event was not going to be until November 8th of 2015. They told me that they would deliver on the 6th because they DO NOT setup on the weekends, and that they would pickup on the 9th.
November the 6th came and no call, we called them and demanded an explanation. The 7th came and a delivery man dropped off 2 standard looking portapotties. No sink. No explanation. Nothing. Another man came by to drop off the same order. We told him that some were already dropped off, but we asked him to check them because they didn't seem right. Without checking he assured us if they were dropped off, than they were correct.
We called again, angry and demanded a manager. At first they told us there was none, but eventually we got one. They told us that what we got WAS the deluxe. So we asked where the sinks were, which was clearly on my receipt. They went on to tell us that all of their sinks were at a Disney event and were not able to be there.
So basically, without making sure it was alright, and without informing us they just CANCELLED my sink order that I scheduled 8 months in advanced for my WEDDING, because DISNEY was "better". This was COMPLETELY unacceptable! They told us that they could get my sinks out to me THE DAY OF MY WEDDING!!! Mind you, they originally said they do not deliver on the weekends. A refund of [redacted] was supposed to be processed in [redacted] 2014 for a charge that was not on the original bill, but charged to my credit card.I ordered a portable toilet for use at my house on [redacted] This went well; I had received a price of [redacted] from [redacted] who was my sales rep. I then received the invoice after my credit card had been charged, Inv # XXX-XXXXXXX, and it was [redacted] more than the agreed upon price. I emailed [redacted] on [redacted] that my credit card was charged incorrectly. After she agreed to send a credit request over to her credit department and going back and forth with her until [redacted] as to why it hadn't been processed yet I started calling customer service. I spoke with a number of different people on [redacted] After calling that many times it asked to speak with a manager, [redacted]. No one could figure out when the credit was going to be done, apparently the credit department is in [redacted] and no one can get a hold of them? [redacted] was hard to get a hold of and eventually I just asked if I could be put through to his voicemail. I left him a voicemail [redacted] I think) and a few hours later he called to say that it would be done the following week and should show up on my next credit card statement. I checked my online credit card activity every week and it never showed up but figured I should wait until my statement came out since that's what the manager said to do. I received my credit card statement this week and surprise surprise it is not there. I think that I have given them an ample amount of time to make this correction and it has not happen. I feel that I am just being tossed around at this point and United Sited Services is hoping I forget so they don't have to fulfill the credit.Desired SettlementI would like my [redacted] refund. I am most upset because if I hadn't paid their invoice on time I would have received a late fee, yet they can hold a refund for months? I ordered toilet to be delivered on 05/30, it came 05/31 it was to be picked up 06/02/14, as of 06/04/14 it has not been picked up, other problems tooYour company is unprofessional, no integrity,nor is it honest. The toilet didnt flush, which I was never told or offered a deluxe flush although I ordered the deluxe w/ the sink. When delivered it could not fit thru gate, I was never asked nor told of sizes,therefore it was placed in my carport. [redacted], rep handling account, called me @ work 05/30 to tell me they were running late, when infact I gave my personal # since I was off Friday. I called company 06/03/14 asking for a [redacted], never got a return call. I called company back finally speaking w/ [redacted] who overtalked me and in between that she puffed and huffed. Pull the tape! She then offered me a [redacted] refund stating that she may get in trouble. She first offered me a [redacted] refund. I am not sure how long you have been in business, but you will never receive my business or anyone I know of that needs your type of services! [redacted] I sent this letter to the company.Desired SettlementI am requesting for @ least 80%-100% of my money back and for this to be posted against them.
