We tried to contact her on Monday and have not heard a call back yet. I was the manager on duty and am also the GM. Nothing was brought to my attention that day concerning any issues. We did have a party show at 11:15 a.m. the parties are told to arrive at 11:45. Birthday hostesses come in at 11:30 a.m.  Thy party was told they would have to wait. We did let them bring in cake and other things they brought. We just couldn't service them till staff was ready to go and in the building.
I can offer 10 free children admissions a whole pizza and pitcher of pop to the party. Our goal is not to have unhappy guests. I do wish she would of reached out to our facility prior to going to the Revdex.com. We could of fixed any issues that she had internally.

Review: Had a Birthday party their for my daughter the order if the food was completely wrong not to mention the food was overly cooked ask for different food but was not able to get it. Also during the session there electricity went off and the birthday party guests was not able to redeem tickets. I left several voice messages and several emails and no one had the nerve to even reply back. I spent about $500.00 or more at this place and all I wanted was an exchange of food not burnt up. But now I think I should be compensate for the food I paid for since the guest did not eat the food.Desired Settlement: They can offer a portion of the party that I paid for. Only food portion.

I called and emailed [redacted] the day I recieved this letter to discuss the complaint. She did reply to my e-mail stating she would call me when she got in from work to discuss the complaint and I still have not heard from her to resolve this issue.

I spoke to [redacted] 5/**/14 and after our discussion, we agreed on a refund. I will be refunding her the money she spent on the pizza and soda for the children that she was dissatisfied with. She will be receiving a check from us next week.
