United Solar installed solar panels in my house with out get a permited from the Construction Department in my town. I try to call the Consultan named Gleen G at his [hone number and he did not answer me. I left some many messages and he did not returned any call. Las 2 weks ago Mark the owner of the company call me back and promised to finish the job and he did not keept the promise to finish the installation of the meters on my property. It looks that this is a scam. So please help me to clear this matter. Thank you.

We Had the System Installed from United Solar In Fairfield NJ .The Name on The Account is,in Elmwood Park, NJ, 7407-. we start the process in November 2018,and as Today the system is still Not Working .we have been Make Payments for 2 Months and we are still Waiting, we were Promised a Battery Back up Generator .that we never Got it and also the installers were so Bad that they burned the furnace and & Computer. we had to pay $ 450.00 to fix it because we had no Heat , we were promised a Remboursement that we never got it .Can you Please Help .and the Salesperson never got Paid for the Refer

We signed a contract with this company in the summer to install solar panels on our roof. We did not hear from them for 2 months and one day with no notice out of the blue they show up at our door to install solar panels. Twice during the installation it started to rain and they understandably did not want to work on the roof while it was raining. But they just came down off the roof and left. Did not tell us they were leaving, did not tell us when they were coming back and left our expensive panels out where they could have been stolen. Did not show back up for days, again showed up with no notice. Then once the panels were installed they called me eight times in an hour and rang my phone off the hook while I was in the middle of a meeting with an important client to the point I had to finally excuse myself and yell at them to stop blowing my phone off because they wanted their loan paper approval signed that minute. The panels were finally finished over FOUR MONTHS AGO. We called every 2-3 weeks, and were told the inspection was hung up by missing paperwork and it was the townships fault. And every time we were told we would be called back. In four months other than to blow my phone up to get their money we have not gotten one single phone call back, and now they are not answering the phone or returning my calls. My panels are still not turned on so for four months now I have had to pay both the electric bill and the loan, and the inspection is still not scheduled and the new meter has not been installed. Also, I had to cut my trees down and fix my roof, and that amount was added to my loan since it was a requirement of the panels. I still have not gotten that money.
