as of 12/18/2015...still have not been able to get in contact with the managerIt is the same as beforeThey say they will take down a message and I will receive a call backWell, that doesn't happen (obviously if the manager wants to say they never receive a message)One day (12/11/2015) I said I would just call back later in the day when the manager was supposed to be there, what followed was two hours of busy signals or no one answering (I called at 3pm, 3:30pm, 4pm), then at 5pm when someone does pick up, they hang the phone up againThey don't close til 6, so what the heck happened there?
This issue is probably stuck in limbo until next year, and has gone on for way too longI will be calling this business on the hour every hour they are open from Monday January 4th until Friday January 8thIf the same thing happens to me then as it did to me last week, and I still cannot for some reason get in contact with the manager (who will no doubt say that she didn't know I tried contacting her so many times) I will update the Revdex.com one more time, and then I will escalate this issue and submit a complaint to the Colorado Attorney General, who has a similar complaint process
I really don't understand why this is business is being so difficultTo reiterate (again), all I want is for the charges they sent me to be substantiated/proved with lease copies and the spreadsheets the business uses to keep track of these chargesAfter they are proven, I will gladly pay them what they are owed, but not before then
