I used Cox Residential, LLC to fix my roof per my inspection report I called and talked to Mishell to schedule an apptand that night I had one of her employees calling me to get out the next day I know that isn’t very common but I was impressed and appreciated the quick response Alan A*** came out to assess the situation and was able to fix what needed to be done in a timely manner He was fast, knowledgeable, and listened to what our needs were That is very important for any business I was very happy with the work Cox Residential did and would recommend them to ALL of my family and friends I also recommended them to my neighbors as well for their future roofing issues!
In December, 2015, *** Cox replaced approximately shingles on my home for $During the first part of March we experienced high winds and approximately of the shingles that were replaced by him, once again, came off the roofI contacted him on Tuesday March 7th telling him what happenedHe stated that sometimes the caulking does not set because of the temperatures and he would come by that afternoon or Wednesday to fix itHe did not show upI contacted him again the following Monday and he stated he would be out by WednesdayHe never showed upI left a voicemail on March 22nd asking him to return my call and also on Tuesday March 23rdNo calls have been returnedHe is not honoring his warranty and because of that I have a leak I my ceilingI now have had to hire another company to repair his shoddy workI'm a single mom so $plus now an additional cost is a lot of moneyI trusted him because he boasted that he was a Carmel firefighterBad decision
