Review: On Tuesday, October 7, 2014 I called the [redacted] Post Office located at [redacted]. I spoke will Shelly (manager on duty). I informed her about a package that was delivered to the [redacted] Post Office that was too large to place in my P.O. Box. I asked Shelly if she could place the package in a box (the package was not large) and put the key in my P. O. Box and I would pick it up after their business hours. She informed me that she would place my package in a mailbox and place the key in my P.O. Box. On Wednesday, October 8, 2014 I arrived at the post office to check my P.O. Box around 6pm. There was no key to be found. I did tell Shelly that I work In [redacted] and I could not make it to Clinton, before the post office closes. She ensured me that the key would be left in my P.O. Box.On, Friday, October 10, 2014 - I called and spoke to Shelly. She told be that she placed my packed in mailbox and the key was placed in my box. I told her there was no key to be found. Her responds was "they must have took it out"! and "I will put the key back in your P.O. Box"! I said ok! Thank you!I arrived at the Post Office around 4:45pm on Friday, October 10, 2014 and spoke with an attendant about my package. She called Shelly out front to talk with me. I told Shelly I checked my P.O. Box and the package was not there. Shelly's attitude was unprofessional and rude. Her responses were cold as if she didn't care that she LOST MY PACKAGE. At the end of the conversation, she admitted that she placed the key for my package in the wrong P.O. Box. Shelly never apologized for losing my package!!!!On Saturday, October 11, 2014 I called and spoke to Angela at 8:30am. She stated that Shelly told her about the situation and she would call me back in an hour. As of today, Monday, October 13, 2014, I have not received a call back from Angela.Desired Settlement: At this point, I want my package!
