I contacted US Adjusters to assist me in dealing with a homeowners claim. The office was very nice, very prompt and very easy to deal with initially. They recommended a field adjuster in the McDonough GA area. This guy was very verbose, self-congratulatory and slow to react. He was hired to assist me in dealing with a Traveler's Home Owners claim. He had more stories why he couldn't do the job than the Empire State building. I wouldn't even go as far as comparing him to a cheezy car salesman...that would be insulting to cheezy car salesmen.

I waited nearly 3 months for him to respond to my home owners claim. He consistantly stalled and delayed a response until the denial letter was mailed to me. He then remarked we needed to hire an attorney to craft a letter because we received a denial...what a surprise. He waited and waited until I had enough of his contant delays and requested a change from US Adjusters. I was told that he was going to reply soon or was going to review my case with an attorney friend of his. In summary, I pushed him to reply by the end of the week and complained to US Adjusters. They replied via email stating my contract was with the PA and not them. In the end, the PA they recommended did absolutely nothing. He did not contact the insurance company after over two months of nagging him. When the denial letter came he commented the case would be harder to change the carriers decision to deny the claim. What an it! He dragged his [redacted] for months then felt he could not do his job unless an attorney crafted the response. Their fees were 3 times higher than their competitors. He justfied the extra cost stating he was the best in the business nationwide. When I finally had enough of his empty promises and gave him an ultimatum. He stated I insulted his integrity. He fired me...he says, stating he would have me arrested if I responded to him. Then, he stated he wanted me to pay his fee. This guy was a train wreck a total basket case.

Avoid this fool and this company like toxic waste. Sort your sock drawer or wash the back of your car tires ...I promise you will come out farther ahead.

I used [redacted] at USA adjusters. He was the absolute worst and I would Strongly NOT recommend him to and family, friends or strangers. Though he was charging his fees, I still had to call the insurance adjuster several times to get things done, essentially doing his job while paying him for it. Then he outright lied and became threatening. Worst business experience I have ever had. However lori and the owner of USA were great. [redacted] is a loose canon and a detriment to USA adjusters
