It took a period of several days, which involved hours (yes hours) on the phone with Samsung, to obtain an agreement by Samsung to conduct a no charge diagnostic service call for my refrigerator (because every other Samsung appliance I installed in my 3 year old remodel has failed in some capacity as well). Samsung verified in three separate conversations that they had transmitted to USA Appliance the necessary information for USA to perform the free diagnostic call. Each time I tried to verify this with [redacted] of USA Appliance, she told me quote-- "YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK and get them to check the correct box/slot on the form for us to come out for free. I see it in their notes but unless the right box/slot is checked on the form, we WON'T do it." In between these nasty retorts she placed me on unannounced holds for long periods

I give up (which is probably what USA hoped). I will contact and pay a more customer oriented service company in Pasadena.
