On or about June 19, I contacted by telephone the United States Business Registration, Inc. seeking information regarding my expired SAMs Registration to obtain Federal Government contracts. I spoke with a Mathew C. and explained my situation. Mr. C. immediately informed me that United States Business Registration, Inc. was not associated with SAMs and that the firm assisted in registering new potential contractors and to assist in expediting the process. Mr. C, after finding I was a small contractor, advised me to contact SAMs directly and he walked me through the process that would have to be followed. Mr. C. did not attempt to sell me their product, although that is their business function. He provided me with a workable solution at no cost, which is almost unheard of in today's world. I think the Revdex.com should give this company and Mr. C. a gold star for how they handled my situation.
