have had no season to contact [redacted] regarding an unpaid bill. The letter was also addressed to United States Investigation Service, Inc. This is not one of our former legal entity names. It is close to a name that we did business under several years ago, which was US Investigations Services, Inc. ("USIS"). USIS was renamed to [redacted], Inc. ("[redacted]") on July 20, 2009. We have never done business under United States Investigation Services, Inc. The company intentionally did not use periods in the "US" part of its name so not to be confused as a government agency.[redacted] recently changed its name to [redacted] so that is why this letter is under the [redacted] logo.I suggest that you research where [redacted] submitted the payment and attempt follow-up with the financial institution.
