September 3, 2015Dear [redacted] We received the letter dated August 21, regarding complaint ID: [redacted] In reviewing the complaint, it appears that [redacted] was either the victim of fraud or has misidentified the other partyWe have no employee by the name of Danielle G [redacted] and would have had no season to contact [redacted] regarding an unpaid billThe letter was also addressed to United States Investigation Service, IncThis is not one of our former legal entity namesIt is close to a name that we did business under several years ago, which was US Investigations Services, Inc("USIS")USIS was renamed to [redacted] , Inc(" [redacted] ") on July 20, We have never done business under United States Investigation Services, IncThe company intentionally did not use periods in the "US" part of its name so not to be confused as a government agency[redacted] recently changed its name to [redacted] so that is why this letter is under the [redacted] logo.I suggest that you research where [redacted] submitted the payment and attempt follwith the financial institutionThey may be able to identify the other party to coordinate a refund,Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.SincerelyPatricia D Director Treasury & Risk
