United States Life Insurance Company In the City of New York

Review: The policy that I purchased was through the Florida State University alumni program for Dental Health Insurance. I am paying a monthly premium of $26.66 (policy effective September 2014) and the policy terms state that there was no delay in coverage for dental cleanings or x-rays. However, insurance has only covered $10 in each of two claims filed. I have called the company 3 times to attempt to work with the claims department and I have been unable to reach anyone directly. The only department in which you get a real person on the line is in "sales" to activate a new policy. They take your information and say someone will return the call and then they never do. You call back and cannot get the same person on the line twice. I believe that this company is a fraud due to these circumstances.Desired Settlement: I would like for The United Sates Life Insurance Company in the City of New York to refund all premiums paid to the company effective September 2014 through June 2015 and immediately cancel the account OR pay the money due for services rendered and out of pocket expenses incurred to dentist for the services my policy said it covered.
